- What is the question to be answered?
- What is the scope?
- What is the process to be followed?
- What are the roles of various organizations or people?
- What are the deliverables?
At the end of the program, there should be a recommendation for the product, the market, or other aspects of the strategy. Moreover, there should be sufficient information to develop at least high-level forecasts.
In another essay, I will further discuss how to gain even more confidence in the conclusions, using triangulation.
Attached is the detailed presentation.
